Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called this business because of all the positive reviews I read. However, the call to Bill to schedule an appointment was anything but positive. After discussing his work hours to see if we could fit him in I tried to get an approximate charge for the work I wanted done. He told me that everyone has a minimum charge and I get that. After pressing him for his minimum charge he would not give me an amount and told me I wasn’t gong to give him the job anyway. Needless to say I was stunned by that comment. I then told him he was absolutely right. If that’s the way he spoke to customers, especially a new one, I wouldn’t want him anywhere near my house. Maybe he was having a bad day but I found someone else who was glad to take my business.
